Our Group Surf Classes in Barcelona are designed to adapt to sea conditions and your level of experience. Through our WhatsApp group, we inform you about the best time and place to surf, based on the daily wave report.

How Do They Work?

When you join our classes, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group where you'll receive notifications about scheduled sessions. This way, we can ensure that you always surf in the best possible conditions.

Surf Introduction

If you're taking your first steps in surfing, our introduction classes will provide you with a solid foundation. In these sessions, you'll learn:

• Introduction to surfing philosophy and water etiquette.
• How to select and use the appropriate equipment.
• Understanding maritime conditions: currents, types of waves, winds, and tides.
• Safety measures and hazard prevention.
• Warm-up and stretching specific to beginner surfers.
• Basic "take off" and paddling techniques.
• Overcoming waves: turtle techniques and foam passing.
• Autonomy in using the surfboard in and out of the water.

Surf Improvement

For surfers looking to perfect their technique and skills, our improvement classes will offer:

• Advanced warm-up and stretching to enhance performance.
• Specific physical preparation exercises: improving paddling, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, and muscle strength.
• Advanced "take off" and paddling techniques.
• Overcoming waves: duck dive technique and other advanced techniques.
• Perfection of maneuvers such as Bottom turn, cutback, reentry, layback, snap, floater, and more.
• Surf-skate: simulation of real movements to improve your land technique.
• Personalized correction through session recording and analysis.
• Confidence to surf anywhere in the world.
