Monthly Surf Courses
Discover our Surf Courses in Barcelona and learn to surf at the best beaches in the region! We offer flexible classes three days a week: Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 9:30 AM. We select the beaches with the best conditions so you can make the most of each session. And if there are no waves, we train with surfskate or functional training!
We notify you two hours before each class about the exact location, between Vilassar de Mar and Sitges, to ensure the best waves of the day. We also facilitate coordination among students with their own vehicles so they can share the experience.
Our courses are available in 12h, 24h, and up to 36h over a month. Plus, if you have a group of at least 4 committed students, we are flexible in allowing them to choose the day and time that works best for their classes.

Monthly Surf Course in Barcelona: Improve Your Skills in the Water
Join our monthly surf course in Barcelona and enhance your skills, both in the water and on land. This course is available year-round and is perfect for both beginners and surfers looking to refine their technique. We offer a personalized experience with small groups and activities tailored to the sea conditions, always starting at 9:30 AM.
Fixed Training Days and Times
You can choose one, two, or three fixed training days per week. The available options are:
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM.
- Saturday: 9:30 AM.
- Sunday: 9:30 AM.
Each student selects one, two, or three fixed days for training, and it is not possible to change days. If your chosen day is Wednesday, you must attend every Wednesday. This system ensures dedication and commitment in all activities, which may include surfing, surfskate, or physical training depending on conditions. Surf sessions can last between 2 and 4 hours depending on the waves, while other activities last around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Surf Course Details
This course is ideal for those looking to learn from scratch or improve their surfing skills. We tailor each class to the sea conditions and the students' levels, with two levels available:
Beginner Surf Course in Barcelona
- Surf fundamentals and equipment selection.
- Understanding maritime conditions: currents, types of waves, winds, and tides.
- Basic "take off" and paddling techniques.
- Wave navigation: turtle techniques and foam passing.
- Independence in using the board in and out of the water.
Advanced Surf Course in Barcelona
- Advanced "take off" and paddling techniques.
- Wave navigation using the "duck dive" technique.
- Refining maneuvers: bottom turn, cutback, re-entry, etc.
- Personalized correction with recordings of the sessions.
- Simulating real movements with surf-skate.
Surf Course Prices
Rates per person:
- 1 session a week: €80.00
- 2 sessions a week: €130.00
- 3 sessions a week: €175.00
What Does the Course Include?

What Should You Bring?

We facilitate coordination among students to share transportation, allowing you to travel in a group and enjoy the experience from the very beginning.
Alternative Activities
On days without suitable waves, we offer complementary activities such as surfskate and functional training, so you can always stay active and improve your technique.
