Photo gallery terms
Short and clear: what this is, whose the photos are and how one gets taken down.
Whose photos these are
Each photographer's. When posting, the photographer states that the photos are his and that he has the right to show them, and authorises us only to display the reduced, watermarked version here. We do not keep the original, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone.
What we do
Show the sessions and pass requests on to the photographer. Nothing else. The price, the delivery and the payment are between the photographer and you: we are not party to that transaction and we take no commission.
What data we ask for
When you request photos: your name, your email and the message you write. We pass them to the photographer of that session, who is the one who replies, and we keep the request for a year so we can help if something goes missing. We do not use them to send you advertising and we do not give them to anyone else.
No face recognition
No face is analysed here. You search by beach, day and time, like in an ordinary archive. We process no biometric data.
Taking a photo down
If you are in a photo and do not want to be, or you are the author and want it removed, write to hello@bcnsurfschool.es with the link to the session. We take it down without asking for reasons and without arguing. Usually the same day.
Launch phase
The gallery is free for photographers during the launch phase. If that ever changes, everyone posting is told beforehand and with plenty of notice.
